The Grand Package offers the simplicity of renting the estate. This package allows for up to 250 guests. 

Available March through October 

Fridays: $9,750 (Venue only $7,500) 

Saturdays: $10,500 (Venue only $8,500) 

Sundays: $9,000 (Venue only $6,500) 

*Booking includes a total 6 hours on property, to include your setup, event and strike time. All events must end by 10:00 pm.

Elegant Package

The Elegant Package offers the experience of our Grand Package, but with a more intimate feel for your guests. 

Available March through October 

Sundays: $6,000 (Venue only $5,500) 

Mondays-Thursdays: $5,000 (Venue only $4,000) 

*Booking includes a total 5 hours on property, to include your setup, event and strike time. All events must end by 10:00 pm.

Intimate Package

The Intimate Package is perfect for a romantic rendezvous for 2 or a small, private celebration with your closest family and friends. 

Available March through October 

Sundays: $4,500 (Venue only $3,500) 

Mondays-Thursdays: $4,000 (Venue only $3,000) 

*Booking includes a total 3.5 hours on property, to include your setup, event and strike time. All events must end by 10:00 pm.
